Sixteen days that changed the door, the morning and your pocket

Confirm three blocks, not a voice Calibration

After the Diagnosis on the site, login and the mandatory password change, you confirm three blocks once: business and role, priorities, and competitive posture. The fields arrive filled from the Diagnosis. You can change them, clear them or leave them blank. If you do not change the text, finishing confirms what was already there.

The path is now a short screen at /onboarding. There is no voice interview, Recalibration, Modeling or public interview invite as the front door. The full Diagnosis enters Contexts as Initial diagnosis. You can delete that file; the three confirmed blocks remain.

On the first Home visit, the practice trail panel still appears. The product tour follows. This change corrects Edition 02, which described Diagnosis followed by Calibration.

One login, several companies

The same email can open more than one company. At login, a selector asks which one to open. Inside the product, Company in the footer switches accounts. A new company, created at System → Company, starts with an empty ONBOARDING. Each company keeps its own memory and language.

System is no longer one Settings block. It now contains Branding, Governance and Preferences. Preferences brings together Company profile, AI and Team, Routine and experience, Account and access.

Forgot password works on the web and iPhone: you receive a temporary password and complete the same mandatory change. The canonical web address is my.bizself.ai.

One language per company

Each company works in one language. There is no longer a selector at login or in Identity. Chief of Staff, Team and voice keep one thread per interlocutor; new answers follow the company's current language.

Changing the company language does not translate old history. This replaces the CEO language selector described in Edition 02.

The company name, not Master

The root lens now shows the company name. A named project always reads that project plus the company. Include Master no longer exists. Everything you create follows the selector in the bar; reassigning content lives in Memory.

Named projects tint the bar with the project color. The company root has no additional color. Registration types are now project or product.

Briefing, the morning routine and the Home stand-up still show the whole company, even when the bar is on a project. This evolves the lens introduced in Edition 02.

Context and briefing run without holding the page

Updating Living Context and the Briefing of the Day now runs in the background, with a progress indicator in the menu. After a successful cycle, Update now or Regenerate disappears for about 24 hours. If you need to force another cycle that day, the action is in Preferences → Routine.

Context and briefing automations start on. The Briefing is a live stand-up for the screen, not a document added to search memory. Home shows today's briefing and the previous one; the + button opens older days, up to five.

Daily provocations, cards below the briefing

Overnight, between Living Context and Briefing, the system looks for tensions anchored in what the company already knows. What you see are cards below the briefing, not extra bullets in the digest. At most one similar card enters a day of conversation in Chief of Staff or Talk. There is no queue and no push notification.

On desktop, you can Respond, Talk with the Chief of Staff, deepen with Board, Research, Scenario or Counselor, create a task or decision, postpone, dismiss or veto the topic. On iPhone, under Today, you can Respond, Talk with the Chief of Staff or Dismiss.

In Preferences → Routine, you set zero to five cards and choose the tone: Discreet, Normal or Provocative. An answered card disappears until the next cycle.

Focus first, capture by request, deepen with permission

Selected memories, Contexts, dictation or attachments become the source of truth for that turn. Recent context, memory search and Current state step back so the answer stays tied to the focus you chose.

The Chief of Staff does not turn analysis into a task without an explicit request. Say take note, add it to the list or mark it done. If you say take note and analyze, it captures first and answers second.

Board, Research and Scenario only start on their own when the intent is clear. In intermediate cases, the Chief of Staff answers and offers deeper work; you accept or decline. Shortcuts with / and @member still force the path. Conversation-type chips are gone. When budget blocks an action, the message points to Governance in direct language.

Confirm, hang up, the work continues

In Quick Talk and Talk, executable requests, such as research, a text, Board, scenario, team briefing, durable fact or support ticket, only enter the queue after you confirm with yes or go ahead. After you hang up, the Chief of Staff continues the work and notifies you when it finishes.

In text chat, if an action request became only an answer, the Chief of Staff can offer execution instead of ending there. After ONBOARDING, cards created from the Diagnosis suggest first actions on the first /chat; nothing runs without a click.

@member answers in the member's thread and leaves an identified copy in Chief of Staff without taking over the main history. In history, question and answer share one card; Load more opens older items; each voice call sits in an accordion.

Google leaves the product

There is no longer a Google Calendar connection, Drive export or Integrations menu. Smart Calendar now contains meetings you create inside the platform. The Chief of Staff has no Calendar tools; /integrations redirects to Calendar.

Create meetings in Calendar and place files in Contexts or Dump. Do not expect Gmail, Drive or Calendar sync. The web search introduced in Edition 02 remains available on /chat when Web is on.

This corrects the Drive export described in Edition 01 and read-only Calendar described in Edition 02.

The system in your pocket, through internal TestFlight

Invited CEOs install the app through TestFlight, tap Update and enter with the same web account, on one device per person. Tabs are Today, Talk, Board, Contexts, Meditate and Settings. Focus lives inside Meditate. The + button opens Capture and projects.

The company or project selector tints the header; Talk holds that lens while the call is active. You can share Talk answers, Today briefings and complete Board reports, including a PDF with the company identity.

Listen to Focus sits above the quote and the standard audio arrives ready. Long histories collapse behind +. Leaving a tab hides long text; returning to Today reloads the briefing generated on the web without ending the session.

This access is internal and limited to invited CEOs. The app is not yet publicly available in the App Store.

Quality and stability improvements

We also made a series of less visible but important improvements for daily use:

• product tour after the practice trail panel and on level-ups; an invitation on Home until you choose Do not show again; Help with a complete Tour
• spend and limits in the company currency, US dollars or Brazilian reais
• Helpful beside Correct; Counselor on by default in Board composition; attachments available in Board on desktop
• Memory with one conversation card per day, filtering and deletion by project; deleting a named project can also delete its content
• Devices under Account and access, with Revoke and Delete
• a human message when budget blocks an action; Today reloads when you return to the app; @member preserves the Chief of Staff thread; Focus audio arrives ready; more reliable dictation and upload on iPhone
