Information you submit. When you request a modelling session, we collect the answers you provide: your work email, company, role, and the context you choose to share. We use these answers only to prepare the conversation and to reply to you. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not start an automated marketing sequence.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share your form answers with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use your inquiry data to train shared AI models.
4. Form processing
Form submissions are transmitted through a form-processing service and delivered to us by email. Submissions are used solely to respond to your request. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can write to us directly athello@bizself.ai.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@bizself.ai. We respond to all legitimate requests within thirty days.
7. Product data
Data handled inside the BizSelf.ai product is governed by customer agreements and by the governance model described on our Trust page: company isolation, provenance on every claim, governed memory writes, and scoped, revocable permissions. Customer context is never used to train shared models.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
