3. The product

BizSelf.ai is a personal Executive Operating System. Access after the first reading may be in trial mode. If you later sign a customer agreement, that agreement governs the product to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

4. Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and uses Google's OAuth consent screen. The permissions you grant are the ones Google shows you at that moment. The product requests read-only access so it can prepare your Daily Briefing and meeting context. It does not create, edit or delete events, and it does not touch anyone else's calendar.

You may disconnect Calendar in the product at any time, and you may revoke access under Google Account, Third-party access. How we access, use, store and share Google Calendar data is stated in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website: including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, scraping at disruptive volume, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using the site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Acceptable use of connected sources

You may connect only accounts and calendars you have the right to connect. You must not use the product to access another person's Google account without their authorization, or to circumvent Google's or anyone else's access controls.

7. Intellectual property

The BizSelf.ai name, logo, website design, and all content on this site are the property of BizSelf.ai unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

8. No warranty

This website and, except as a customer agreement provides otherwise, the product are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSelf.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the product.
